At first I wondered that too. I didn't realize they were twins until recently. I thought Rob was younger which if the case would make more sense for them to be together. I guess if Rob aspires to also be a head coach one day, he wouldn't want to get it at his brother's expense. I have a twin sister and I can only make the analogy of Rex would keep his brother from forming his own identity. I didn't go to same college as my sister because she is and has always been a major cock block to me. I don't believe these 2 would ever want to work together unless it was toward the end of their careers. They both have to live under the eys of defensive minded people because of thier dad. These guys, as Rex said, want to be better than their dad. They can't do that working together. One would always get more recognition than the other.
