It would be sweet to have LT, but he would be a luxury since we already have TJ and Washington.

What does this have to do with the Jets?

Then we could have LT sit on "our" sidelines and pout every time he gets hurt and Leon performs well in his place.

He is going down hill. The guy never plays in the playoffs. John Abe #2

Lt will be paired with Randy Moss in New England almost immediately. If they release him it will be a disaster. Beli will jump on this so fast He will be on that private Jet to the Pats asap. This can not happen!!!!!

I'll take him as a QB. The best you can get. 8 of 11 for 143 yds 7 TDs. Rating 154.4.

No thank you. He's an obvious upgrade over TJ if he stays healthy. But his price would be skyrocketing!

Maybe Bernard Pollard will be on that jet, and he'll crash into LT's ACL.

No, he's not. TJ is far more durable. He's obviously more talented than TJ but more talent sitting on the bench doesn't help win games.

Exactly. Him being released is the worse case scenario. Although I know he doesn't like Belichick and them after the whole Merriman dance on the Chargers logo in the playoffs 2 years ago.

Don't start threads in the Jets forum that are unrelated to the Jets and I won't act like a tool.

Tomlinson has some serious wear and tear on him now. If he recovers well from this latest injury that is going to require surgery, then he may still be a serviceable back, but he won't be a top tier back again.

Hopefully, the salary cap prevents them from signing him. Very good news about how much of that cap beli-cheat is gonna have to tie up in just QB's (keeping both Brady and Cassell).

Anything that happens in the NFL will have some sort of effect on the Jets one way or another. So, essentially, everything in the NFL has to do with the Jets, including LT being released or Eli Manning's bowel movements. :chargers:
