Buddy Ryan started placing bounties on opposing players when he was an assistant for the Jets, continued the tradition throughout his coaching career, and it's no secret that the Ravens have been doing this since Rex has been their DC... so... If Rex Ryan gets the head coaching position, who is the first player to have a bounty on his head?
I have some great news that will help make the bounty even better. WHEN Rex Ryan becomes the HC we have a chance to get an allstar player. Bart Scott, Ray Lewis, or Terrel Suggs. One of these 3 players will be let go during the offseason. My guess we would get Bart Scott. Ray Lewis is defiantly coming bak to the Ravens after this season and probably Terrel Suggs. THat leaves Bart Scott to us. He'd want to follow his former DC and play for NEW York if this happens. Imagine, David Harris AND Bart Scott covering middle. That wouldn't be fair. There is a possibility we get Suggs, but that is unlikely Because we will have Pace and, Yes, Ghoulston starting at OLB's. Oh and btw...Tom Brady is gana get wrecked!
Brady and Moss are the only two assholes on that list, though Lynch is a boob... Brady won't be walking anytime soon, so I went with Moss.
We do not have 1 D player mean enough at the present moment to put a bounty on any enemy player. Basically we have a bunch of wusses on D & it will take Ryan or any DC several years to get the mean/lean players to play Balt or Pitt smash mouth D
Buffalo isn't so much of a threat. Miami has to prove they're not a one shot wonder. I think the Pats have the target on their backs. Brady could be hobbled for some time; even Ty Law showed that you can limit Moss with the 5 yard bump; so I think it's Welker who can cover the middle of the field and becomes a target of some mean ass ILBs
I think a good poll would be if Rex gets the job, what NYJ D player is the 1st to get his ass kicked off the team. I bet it's Bryan Thomas.
I would think Barton would be right up there as well. Then there are Coleman & Ellis then there iis Barrett, Elam etc, etc, etc
i hope it's welker. brady got it already and welker is commonly mistaken for a good WR. set him back into his fucking class
Awesome thread. I voted Brady, although his absence this past year did NOTHING to help our team. Sigh.
