GMs please post in this Thread that you acknowledge that you read and understand the Rules. 1) DRAFT STARTS.... SAT, 1/31/09 9:00 a.m. EST. Hopefully most of the GMs in the top 10 picks will be available Sat morning and afternoon. Last year we finished most of Round 1 in 24 hours Hopefully we will have a good turnout again. (IMPORTANT) 2)... 3 Hour Time limit Between Picks. Please don't use all of your 3 Hours, If you are on-line, make your pick ASAP. Clock starts at 9:00 A.M. Daily...Off at Midnight. Draft still runs on Weekends. 3) When you make your selection in the SELECTIONS ONLY/PICKS Thread...Please follow this format...Example: Miami Dolphins...select JOE SMITH, Position, School......ST LOUIS is OTC. 4) After you make your Pick.....PM the next GM. 5) IF you are going to be away from your computer, PM me your draftboard for your next pick. If your pick is 5 picks away, you need to PM the 6 picks in the order of preference for your Team. Please PM me or someone else on-line if you're going to be away. If I'm (WW85) not online and a GM has gone over the 3 Hour limit, you as a GM can make the selection as long as you don't have a team within 5 picks of the misssings' GM pick. I have no problem with any GM trying to move the draft along if the 3 hour limit expires. I will updated the board as often as possible. 6) Drafting underclassmen, I will post a list of eligble underclassmen in my next post in this thread. 7) Don't discuss UNDRAFTED PLAYERS...I hope everyone understands why. 8) Picks are only in the Selections/Pick Thread.....(IMPORTANT) Discussions are in the Discussion Thread. Please don't attack other GMs if you don't agree with their selection, "Give a CIVIL reason why you disagree with a pick". 9) No Trades Lets' have FUN!! ANY Questions please ask in this Thread.
