I'd love him to, but it ain't happening. If we could trade him for a 3rd or 4th right now, I would in a heartbeat. Hopefully I'm wrong about him. I do get prospects right a lot more often than Matt Millen, so watch out haha.

You really think you were the only one who could have seen it from his completely one-dimensional, and altogether unimpressive in terms of practical translation to the NFL, OSU career? Based upon where he went in the draft and his production, I would say Gladys Gholston turned in one of the all-time very worst rookie seasons. The best thing we could say about him is that he did not get into any trouble. We're not dealing with a Lawrence Phillips or Dimitrius Underwood here. Gladys is also not a jerk off like Ryan Leaf. That said, I've never seen anything from Gholston (either at OSU or with the Jets) that makes me think he will ever be any good. Back in April, I wrote that he'd do well to have an Aundray Bruce type of career. I don't even know if that is possible now. Bruce was actually somewhat productive as a rookie. Gholston has his work cut out for him just to get on Bruce's level. (For those not familiar with Bruce- he was the #1 overall pick in the 1988 draft and was considered a colossal bust, although he did hang around for 11 seasons.)
