    Draft Specialist...what the?????

The Jet's take a TE in Rd 1. Alot of terrible picks.

Such a bad mock, I was LOL!

Jet Fans will be taking headers off the balcony at Radio City and storming to Floram Park with Torches and Pitchforks and drag Tanny out of the Building. :)

No way we would pass on Taylor Mays! Mays probably will be a top 10 pick anyway.

Why do I feel like it could also be the most accurate one?? haha

It's bad enough that we're taking a TE in there, but we're not even taking the best one in Gresham!!!

I think it's more of a 'big board' then a mock draft

Yup, the Jets would definetly take a TE over Sam Bradford.

terrible draft, that actally looks like a bit of a joke as the TE is a blocker style TE and nit at all a playmaker

According to NFL Draft Countdown, we will draft either Moore of Missouri, Moreno as a possible luxury pick, or Tyson Jackson of LSU.....if Spags is coach, how would our philosphy change the prospects that we target on defense?

It's not exactly like Pettigrew is a shit player...in his defense.

I wouldn't say that. A TE as well rounded as Pettigrew is very valuable in this legaue. Guys like Heath Miller and Daniel Graham have had good careers in this league, and were very valuable parts of their teams running games. Not only that, but he's a very capable WR.

I'm not saying I'd love the pick, but adding a player like Pettigrew wouldn't hurt. The draft isn't about who you don't draft, it's about who you do draft. Just like it's not about what a player can't do, but what a player can do and might be able to do.

Theres alot of things this offense could do with Pettigrew and Keller at TE.

Pettigrew would be a reach there, not a huge one, but still.

I'd also put TE last on our list of needs, it's a terrible pick.

Wheres Tim Tebow??? a former heismann winner not going in the first bullshit... theres no way we pass on heyward bey, taylor mays, percy harvin, Sam Braford... Also if Chris Wells is within striking distance theres no way we dont move up to get him if all the other players are gone... that draft sucked.. though pettigrew is well rounded i would take chase coffman over him from missouri..

Tebow will be lucky to go in the first three rounds, let alone the first one. He's not an NFL QB, at least not yet.

Troy Smith was drafted in the 5th round after winning the Heisman in 06. Jason White wasn't even selected in 05, so winning the Heisman doesn't mean too much in the nfl draft.

yeah i know he might not be but someone will gamble on him for the simple fact of being a heisman winner..

I find it hard to believe we will pass on a potential franchise QB for the 3rd draft in a row.

When you have a potential franchise Qb already on the roster. Kellen Clemens(remember Jaws gushing over his ability) Brett Ratcliffe (sp?) -really showed something in garbage time in preseason. How about Danny Ainge nephew . Kid might not have an arm but he has a great jumpshot.
