Yeah Woody is trying to make the case for the PSLs and whats happening is the opposite lol. In no way does this team look good now or even in the near future at this point.
i voted for the psl depreciating more. as i think everything that bernie madoff touched has already depreciated to the point it can go no lower. i hope they take it in the ass on the psl! i hope the giants take it in the ass on the psl. i hope every single team that tries to fuck its fans takes it in the ass on the psls. i hope the nfl takes it in the ass on the psls, the nfl network and a jillion other things that they are scumbags for doing and or allowing. i will never purchase another piece of nfl merchandise. and ill be damned if i am going to pay these cocksuckers who already make a KILLING more money to watch 4 or 6 decent games a year when they should be on broadcast tv. fuckin scumbags.
And here I thought I was doing a good job of championing season ticketholders' PSL woes. I'm a rank amateur. This post is precious!
Seriously! Good post. The whole concept of PSL's is total bullshit. So we're paying large amounts of $ for the PRIVILEDGE of spending lots more $ on tickets?!?! Nuts when you think about it. You don't own shit, you're leasing permission to buy tickets. Even worse when you consider the teams are SPILTTING the cost of building the stadium, yet both charging for PSLs. My cousins are contemplating buying the license to keep their seats (115), I told them they're nuts even if they have the $
Its a fckn Timeshare under a different brand name. Is this team REALLY worth spending 25 large on and THEN have to spend several hundred more just to go to a game and watch this team go from bad to mediocre back to bad again? At least with Madoff, you have a remote chance of getting reinbursed should they find where he stashed the cash offshore. Woody on the other hand will have your money with absolutely no chance of refund.
Eloquently written and well spoken. I couldn't agree more. In another life, you could have been a speech writer for FDR, JFK or Ronald Reagan.
