If we end up with Ryan or Spagnuolo I think the Jets will be fine. They're both aggressive coordinators, hopefully that translates when they become head coaches.
We need to get rid of Woody Johnson. He's the problem. Shit, look at one of the videos after the 2nd Pats game...most of the players lost their excitement when they saw Woody. He doesn't want any HC that doesn't want to start Brett Favre

shannahan is really only a offensive genius so we dont need him,as of late his defense year in year out have been terrible and mostly all the players on it have been selected by him
Personally I think with the previously listed, this was to be expected. Ryan / Spagnuolo is where it's at for the Jets.
What would you guys think about Callahan, (moderately successful as a HC) as HC Shottenheimer as OC System stays the same players are familiar with it, and he could get back to year one form), fire sutton and geta quality DC in here, see how the draft works out in a qb heavy class, if not grab a vet, and last but not least, dump favre.................

Rich Cimini....now there is a real good source, who heard if from a person familiar with the situation, who heard if from a team source who wants to be annonymous....I am sure he came out and said I want no part of this team...... Come on man! He probably rather go to a Detroit team who was 0-16, Browns (what 4 or 5 wins).... No he wouldn't want to coach a 9-7 team with a core on both sides of the ball, a new stadium around the corner, a brand new training facility, and an owner who will spend money.... Na why coach there....
