Nicks was incredible yesterday, but it was against a weak WV defense. Nicks seems to play bigger than his 6'1" frame, has great hands, and is very physical going after the ball. He doesn't have great speed but knows how to get up field and take on defenders.

Yesterday's bowl game helped his stock. I'm certain he will declare (family needs) and should be a solid 2nd rd pick. Some team could grab him at the end of Rd 1, like Indy.....would be a nice fit with an older receiving group. Nick's 40 time probably will keep him out of Rd 1. Nicks is a great player, who makes plays and some NFL team will be getting a very good receiver. I believe I heard Nicks has had back to back 1000 yard seasons, but too bad in the College game.

    He reminds me of Cotchery.

I think he can go anywhere from late round 1 to rounds 3-4.

It really depends on how he works out and etc.

Boldin/Cotchery are solid comparisons. He's a solid 2nd rounder at this point. I can't see him getting past the first 75 picks.

P.S. A source told Draft Daddy that he's going pro.

Boldin and Cotchery are somewhat similar but Cotchery isnt as consistant as Boldin and if i had to choose i would pick Boldin hands down. Cotchery reminds me alot of reggie wayne. I really like Nicks but why would we draft a player similar to cotchery when people dont think cotchery is a #1 WR so it would be like drafting 2 solid #2 WR which is already what we have with cotchery and Coles. The goal is to get a true #1 WR that is a speed demon and can be a playermaker and change the game with one play. That person is Percy Harvin.

So your telling me that Percy Harvin is not a speed demon and he is not a play maker?

Hester wasnt even drafted to play WR if i remeber correctly. Ted Ginn is on his way. i think in 2 years hell be good. I dont there is just something about Harvin that i cant get enough of. Ill be perfectly fine with drafting spikes but i think Harvin is gonna be a NFL star. but ive been wrong before and alot of people dont want him. Btw i would take Harvin over Ginn in a heartbeat.
