Tannenbaum has already said he would adjust his duties to make it work. This is just Green Bay's version of ESPN's news on a 12 hour delay.

"A Jets source also said Tannenbaum says he's willing to adjust his position to accommodate Cowher. "

I am if Cowher passes. Those are the only two I would get really excited about.

His buddy Francessa said today that the Parcells negotiations could go until march. You just can't wait that long unless they have his word he will do it beforehand.

Forget Parcells....Schefter reported on "Around the League" yesterday that Parcells isn't going anywhere....and Schefter is pretty reliable.

Parcells is my favorite coach of all time. He would be my 1st choice over anyone,i just don't think the jets can afford to wait til everyone else is signed to wait for Tuna to make a decision in Miami.

Seriously, Bill Parcells is the Brett Favre of coaching for another year.

Ok dumb question, did Cower play a significant role in signing FA and drafting? What do we know about his personal decisions?

Two Bills will not come to NYJ and Favre will not be back to Jets for another year!

Yep and he isn't talking either.

Cowher is #1 and if he passes I'm willing to wait for Parcells.

Bill P. can get the most out of players, just look at Miami.

Parcells as HC, Crennel as DC and maybe keep Schott at OC just to keep some continuity.

Therein lies the worst part. NEVER take Parcell's word for anything. I could see his fishy ass stringing us along and then deciding, 'I like where I am' and screwing us over BIG TIME.

    No thanks...
