EM lost this team and they hate him. Evidence of this is the Feely reaction when pulled. EM also berated Keller publicly and thats stupid. The vets know whats going on. This was also evident after Tennessee by the players reactions to Tanny. They felt dis-jointed from managment and did not share his enthusiasm. EM did not care about his players psyche or feelings and treated them like robots and cogs in a machine. Hence, they hate him and the team has no spark. He needs to go and perhaps learn something about managing people. In addition, he needs to surround himself with more intelligent people.
