isn't Cincy the game where Favre threw the game-winning TD?

If your agenda is about winning, why are you a Jets fan?

haha, he probably will try to think of a plan to get the hawks to score on themselves as he will be the only coach to really be cerebral enough to do so

From a packers fan, It is shocking to watch Favre play like this (not talking just today, I mean the past few weeks too), I mean last year in the playoffs against seattle, the Packers were down 14-0 because of consecutive Ryan grant fumbles, so the next drive the Packers just passed the ball, and 8 straight completions later the Packers scored.

Favre looks real timid, just real unsure. So different then how he looked last year, last year he looked like he was in control of everything in the majority of the games.

You've summed it up just right. Yes, I'm disappointed, yes I'm angry but most of all I am CONFUSED as to why the CS don't mix it up. This predictability is killing us.

Bar the Shaun Ellis miracle TD we'd already be out and most of it would be down to the predictability of our play calling.

The defense has got two fumbles and then noodle brain throws a stupid pick off his back foot! That changed the game.

Undeserving in every objective football fans eyes. You think he deserved it???? explain why?

No that was the KC game where he led us to the GW TD after throwing an INT giving KC the lead.

Let's see some "halftime adjustments" they may have made.

i actually didn't mind Favre having so much power in GB because of this very reason. if he was the same here maybe Shotty wouldn't be shitting up all our games

Favre has been up and down. But there are a number of factors that have been consistently bad.

The first is the inconsistent playcalling. But you won't concede that, I know.

The second is the pass protection. Our most successful games have come when we've let Favre throw the ball almost immediately after taking the snap. That's because our OL cannot hold a pocket for more than 2-3 seconds to save its life.

Brick backpedals right into the QB time and time again, Faneca gets beat, one-on-one time and time again, Mangold misses assignments very consistently, and Woody is beat around the edge over and over. We're seeing more of that today.

We've also had MORE than our fair share of drive-killing penalties and drops. Add to that a complete lack of push from the OL running to the left, and we struggle to convert short yardage situations.

Favre has struggled to throw the deep ball, and has made more than his share of bad decisions under pressure. But when he is allowed to operate an efficient, short-intermediate passing game, he has been incredible.

I know you won't concede that, either, because you are to Brett Favre and the people who recognize his strengths what Joe McCarthy was to Communists....
