I'm not a huge Favre fan but QB's dont play against each other. They play against the Defense. Just to be fair.

I am confused as to how stubborn the coaching staff is with not changing anything or giving different defensive looks,

You are 100% correct. I have had to listen to shit about Favre since he came into the league and started tearing up the Bears. I'm from the midwest, and have never liked this guy. He is an egotistical player, especially over the past few years. He thinks he can make any throw. It has pained me to watch him this year. I just hope he pulls it together to help "our" team do well in the playoffs. This definitely should not be referred to as "his" team.

Obviously, holding Fitzpatrick and the Bengals to m7 pts the D was awful, holding Russell and the Raiders to 13 pts in regulation meant the D was awful, Cassell and the Pats scoring a whopping 19 pts(their only TD was set up by a deep Favre INT) meant our D was the reason. The D's # aren't as good but the D has been better than the O most of the season.

Both the D and O have blown chunks the last few weeks. It's almost as if players are not on the same page on both sides of the ball. Favre has sucked but so has the D and it doesn't look like anyones open. I think the whole team is tight and they aren't on the same page. Not an excuse for Favre who has no excuse for some of his poor decisisions just an over all observation.

Dude you're smoking crack. We've done everything we can to make Brett play like Chad. Chad's doing just fine in Miami so obviously the problem was OUR coaching. And they're not letting Brett play like Brett. I'll take a few INTs if he's giving fits to the other D.

If the Jets can't even take care of business tonight against a scrub 3 win team while miami and NE won we shouldn't be in the playoffs simple as that

Brett has been too good a soldier this year because he did not want to make waves. In GB, if he was stuck with such an OC, he would have let everyone know it was full of shit.
Here, he has kept his mouth shut and tried his best in this system. CP did the same.

After the season, I truly hope BF will open up about the issues with this offensive system.

Ever since the Tenn game, this team has completely collapsed - on both sides of the ball.
