My facebook conversation with him a couple minutes ago... Mike Hey Leon, congrats on the Pro Bowl and good luck here on out! 7:55pmLeon thanks alot mike... i really appreciate the support 7:56pmMike Anytime, you're my favorite player in the game today, and a real role model for all the kids out there I gotta say. I'll quit bugging you on this chat thing, but I just thought that was something you should know. Take it easy, Leon! 7:57pmLeon THATS WHAT IT IS ABOUT..STAYING HUMBLE AND LOOKING OUT FOR THE KIDS...THANKS AGAIN
I used to be friends with Drew Coleman but he's since gotten off facebook. Stacy Tutt (former Jet) is on there. Abram Elam's on there. Dwight Lowery might be on there, but I'm not sure if it's him. That's all I know of.
^ Leon's is legit. The way to really figure out it there's any chance it's real is by seeing whether or not they are in their college network- as you cannot join a network without a valid student e-mail address. Justin Miller had the best one I'd seen- with family photos from his trip to Hawaii for the Pro Bowl, and loads of photos of him flipping off the camera
Saw Leon in a Dunkin Donuts tonight. I didn't say anything cause he was with somebody but it was just cool to see him around.
lol i just sent leon, abram elam and james ihedigbo (yeah, that asshole on special teams) friend requests
oh yeah forgot about miller. i think i am or was facebook friends with him haha. i'm friends with a few other players around the league, but those are actually legit from college and not just me being a tool friending mets and jets players haha. what can i say, i think it's kinda cool that pro players are on facebook.
no they usually do, it's just that you know they get a lot of friend requests so it probably takes multiple days to go through them if he hasn't been on in a week. elam was pretty quick to accept though.
