No he shouldn't be, he was good but not great. The Hall is supposed to be for the best of the best and he was never one of those.
I'm sure he would be but if we don't make the postseason we wasted a season where we a)could have had Chad b)could have allowed Clemens to play w/ some talent around him or C)seen some of Ratliff.
I think Favre would be better than he is now, if he had a little time to throw the ball, and the recievers would get some seperation. This team has some talented recievers, but the difference i've noticed from what he had in green bay, is the GB receivers got some distance and made huge efforts for the ball. Wasn't it cotchery earlier who gave up 3/4 of the way on a deep pass and just kinda jogged to it.
I disagree Played in the AL and in the steroid era 20 game winner this season 270 wins CY Young Winner Too bad he never won a ring though. IMO he's a 2nd ballot HOF
Let the people who attribute the successes of the team solely to Favre eat their words on days like this. But when you attribute the losses solely to Favre it looks as insane as those attributing the wins to him. I can understand your frustration, but at this point in time the Jets still lead this division. The way that reads, you would think (again) that Pennington lifted Miami onto his shoulders and has put them ahead of the Jets for the division.
