    Mangini punts from the 38 (4th & a short 2)

...and Sutton can make any QB in the NFL go to Canton

Coaching was a big problem in 2007 and it's been a big problem in 2008 at times.

The Jets 8-4 record is a big function of their schedule. The Jets have had a very advantageous schedule to this point. The Jets win over Tennessee was fine and all, but it only made up for the Oakland loss.

I don't know. I cannot stomach this team anymore. Start 8-3 and have a favorable schedule to close out the season and they may unravel. Ridiculous.

Schottenheimer's not much better in terms of consistency. And again, when both coordinators are stinking up the joint that goes back to the head coach.

It's still early, fellas. The 49ers are no pushover, especially at home with Hill at QB and Singletary as HC. Traveling 3000 miles is not easy. Look at the Patriots today.

As far as I can tell the whole damn coaching staff is worthless. It's as if they do no gameplanning unless the opponent is a big game. The teams that they figure are "easy wins" I don't think the coaching staff takes seriously. If the coaches don't take them serious do you think the players will.

It's lways the coaches fault when we play poorly but how come they didn't get any credit when we were winning? When do the players take responsibilty? I heard Jenkins talking big this week and he played poorly again. The players have to execute.

geez shut up please...the coaches put in a gameplan that will work...the PROBLEM IS EXECUTION...when the players execute you know how good they can be...

that schedule comment is bogus as well...the Jets offense can score on anyone when they EXECUTE...if they get pressure on the qb, run and stop the run they are almost unstoppable...they havent been doing that the past two weeks

When the game plan calls for flawless execution on 10-15 plays in a row in order to score and it fails the problem is not execution, it's the stupid game plan.

I cannot speak for fellow posters, but I have had issues with Mangini in some of the Jets wins this year. On the other hand, I didn't knock him in a couple of the losses.

In other words, I'm not a guy who loves him only when he wins and bashes him only when he loses.

If you have a different opnion, then state it and back it up.

telling people to shut up on a message DOESNT work.

(And your post followed mine, and directly referenced something in my post, but now its some vague group of posters? I see.)
