This guy is a complete joke. I don't mind that an "analyst" doesn't think the Jets are the team to beat, but for two weeks now he keeps bringing up the Oakland loss as if it should define the Jets season. If you're going to bring up the Oakland loss, you have to also bring up the 5 game winning streak and the total domination of the Titans. Of course this clown doesn't bring that up, and shows his bias and ignorance. I swear if the Jets win the SB this dope would still bring up the Oakland game. He is by far the worst commentator out there.
Cris Carter has been making me sick the last few weeks. All he keeps mentioning is the Oakland loss! Who cares??? That loss was 10 years ago! The Jets added many new additions and it took time for it all to come together. Hey Cris, how are your Miami Dolphins working out? You predicted them to finish in 1st last week and declared they would beat the Pats and Jets. HAHAHA! Then I gotta hear Tom Jackson say there is NO way the Jets can walk into Tennessee in the playoffs and beat them again. YEAH OK!!! The Jets demolished them! The Jets made them look like a pee wee football team! Carter and Jackson back on the Titans bandwagon after they beat the Lions! WOW! They are like, look at this team when they run the football. They didn't do any of that last week, it was just an off week for the Titans! Hmmmm, I wonder why the Titans couldn't run the ball against the Jets. It's because the Jets are better then them! HAHA! It wasn't just an off game! If the Titans would have played the Lions the same day they played the Jets they would have still beat the Lions by 5 TD's.
Collinsworth isn't great, but he's much better than this clown. At least Collinsworth will temper criticism of the Oakland loss by giving credit for the winning streak and domination of the Titans. He thinks outside the box and see's the big picture where Carter can't.
Yeah, I saw that too. I can't imagine beating someone up over a loss to a decent Oakland squad at home a million times and then drinking another team's gametes for supper for beating the worst team in the history of the NFL.
No doubt he was a good player, but he's worthless as an analyst. Just about any topic he chimes in on, you can tell he doesn't see the complete picture and/or doesn't do compenent research.
