The D didn't win us the Miami game they almost lost it they were so gassed in the second half and they almost lost the AZ game. The NE game was lost on special teams followed by a bad performance by the D down the stretch.

Why were they so gassed? maybe b/c our O couldn't do anything in that 2nd half against Miami? The O had numerous chances to put that game away and failed. We won game 1 b/c of D.

The AZ game never got close.

STs played a huge role but if we could have had a few drives and chag=nged FP that game could have been different. We can blame STs all we want but when your O scores 10 pts you aren't going to win many games.

We didn't have a kicker in the Miami game it's a differnt game defending against TD with an O that had all new players and no continuity. But hey have it your way the D won the game for us by sucking in the 4th quarter.

Our O was bad against NE but if the D stops them at all maybe we score? NE abused our D in both games.

If he played like this last year he would not have had a chance to win the MVP. But there's much less competition this year and because of that, if he continues to play like he has the past few weeks, he has a chance at the MVP.

Just look at his stats now and the other QB's with similar or better stats. Out of the ones who will actually make the playoffs there's only a couple there. I don't see what's so hard to understand about that.

And again, I'm only arguing Favre against other QB's since they're the ones who normally win MVP. Haynesworth and Jenkins have been just as valuable to their team as any offensive player in the league.

Who really cares. We are 8-3 with an excellent chance to go 12-4 or even 13-3 and getting a bye. The only thing that can beat this team in the last 5 games is bad coaching. We are that much better than everybody we have left to play and getting better every week.

We weren't allowed to score TDs b/c our K was hurt? Brett was forced to fumble deep in Miami territory? The D came up huge for us while the O couldn't even put together a drive to end it. All we needed was a 1st down or 2.

I think he has a chance but mostly b/c of his name as of now. If he keeps playing like this then he'll earn it but right now it's name recognition. I think he has a really good chance b/c I expect him to play well down the astretch and I expect we'll get at least a 2 seed.

Both the O and the D won the Miami game (or nearly lost it depending on how you look at it). Both made mistakes and both made big plays.

We scored 20 points with no kicker the D wasn't that good in the Miami game, Miami wasn't that good, our QB out played their QB who threw the ball into our defenders hands on two consequitive plays to end the game. Our D was on their heels in crunch time without a game changing choke by the opposition QB on two consecutive plays the D losses that game for us.

    I will agree to disagree.

I am probably the only person in the country that thinks this - but IMO what Farve is doing with the Jets could be done by any number of QB's. I dont see Farve as that deciding of a factor in our 8-3 record. He is running a very good offense effectively. A lot of QBs do that.

I don't see how you can say a lot of QB's could throw those fast slants as quickly and effectively as him but a'ight.

A lot of QBs throw second & third window regularly, completions to six-seven different receivers every game, look off defenders, are masters of play action, lead the AFC in completion percentage, and could pull off that throw to Coles yesterday? Really?

By the way, no you are not the only person in the country who thinks that.

You are such a hater dude. That is an illogical view. You ARE probably the only person out of millions and millions of football fans with that view.

Honestly tell me how many other players could have made that throw to Coles for the TD? Across the body perfectly in his hands. Honestly explain.

And anyone that thinks that Jenkins is a bigger loss to the team has lost their mind I'm sorry. You clearly don't watch football and are blinded by some kind of obsession with Jenkins.

Your talking about QB. Your QB. Your QB. And look at your back up QBs.

Do you realize how hard it is for a team to lose their QB, espeically one that is responsible for 20 TD's and has the offence believing they can score on any drive. To Clemens?

I don't get it, someone explain.

Sure a lot of QBs can make those throws but not consistently. They also can't make the proper reads on the defense before the ball is snapped. You do realize that guys like Favre make it look easier than it really is?
If it were as routine as you say, we'd have a lot more great QB play in the league than we do.
