My friend works at game stop, I got the game yesterday.. Absolutely amazing one of the best games I have ever played.
Damn man, I'd kill for an early copy. I'm trying to hunt one down. Have been looking forward to this game for a very long time.
I got the game on Thursday. It's fucking amazing. Beat it on Hardcore, probably going to do Insane this week or next week. Online is ok, but Horde mode is where it's at. Tons of fun killing wave after wave as a team. I love it. Game of the year, no question.
Left 4 Dead looks intriguing. I have a $30 gift card for Gamestop and it's on sale for $50 this weekend. I played the demo a bit and I didn't like how theres no aim button for example like LT in Call of Duty and Gears of War. Other then that, it seemed pretty badass. Maybe I'll pick it up.
OK so I am getting 360 this Christmas because I really don;t know what else I want and it's cheap now.....so obviously GOW 1 and 2 are at the top of the list...I am not a Halo fan but might play Halo 3 because I bet it will look good in HD Anyway, what's the general idea of GOW 1 and 2....not the storyline but like the way the game looks. From what I have seen there's a lot of gore and stuff and the character model that you play with looks very detailed. But what about enemy models, are they the more blended, less detailed textures you get, or is everything as crystal clear as the main character? Also, does every level look as detailed and impressive as the next, or can you tell there are certain settings where they have really tried to go the extra mile?
yah first level looks better then the rest of the game.. fenix is in his 3d glory and the baddies and teammates look like sega genesis. Its actually one of the first games to combine two different graphics and combine them...
