Facts are facts. I've never lied about anything. I call them how I see them and I don't lie. I also don't resort to name calling or ask for banishment of fans who have a different viewpoint than I do.

Name calling is using a swear word. Darksider is simply saying that someone is exhibiting negative tendencies. There is no intent to swear at anyone or call for their banishment.

 

In your mind, anyone who doesn't spew pure praise for this team is exhibiting negative tendencies.

That is incidental. What is the first and principal thing they do? What needs do they serve by posting?

 

Actually it was the 68 Jets that won the SB and they weren't in the NFL they were in the AFL. The 69 Jets lost to the Chiefs and they kicked a FG to tie the game on 4th down after not getting the TD. The Chiefs scored a TD to win by 7 on the next series in 2 plays. The Jets wouldn't have won that game if they did punch it in.

 

You're really being a @$#$. Yes the Jets were in the AFL. I stated that 1968 was the first year I was introduced to the NFL. When I saw Namath and the Jets I immediately was won over. Also, if we had scored a TD against the Chiefs the outcome may have been different. The Chiefs may or may not have scored an additional TD.

 

I'm usually very kind to old timers who saw the Jets play in the 60's, I just don't believe you did.

First of all I don't consider myself old, I was very young in 69. Secondly, what I'm saying is true whether you believe it or not.

 

can everyone get off 1969's back?? yes he's calling out darksiders constantly and its kind of annoying but I think he's doing it because everyones jumping on his back...His threads do have Jets related ideas and everyone is getting far to sensitive....
