A win is a win it doesnt matter how the jets beat the pats in the end.... the Jets beat the pats, so let the boston media cry, the Jets won the game

On the flip side of that great clubs get up off the canvas when they've been knocked down.

This had all the makings of a great boxing match. It was the Jets who came out swinging and knocked the Pats to the mat but the Patriots got back on thier feet and with a great job by their corner man and trainer dominated the middle rounds to take to the lead going into the 12th round with all the momentum on their side. In the end it was the challenger knowing he needed to knock the champ out to win the belt because it never changes hands on a decision and that's what the Jets did in OT. They know the Pats will be back as long as Belly is coaching there and acting as if they are the top dogs in the AFC is a bit premature. Ther will be a rematch if not this year then next year. It's just hard to tell if this was the changing of the guard or just a cheap victory.

Not every Boston writer is a homer. Bob Ryan picked the Jets to win the game on "Around the Horn" the day before the game.

that last line is garbage. If we play again in the playoffs, in the meadowlands i might add. With David Harris back, Cassel wont be able to do those gay 15 yard scrambles and then we will win ALOT EASIER

Favre, at his locker, revealed that Patriots fans were taunting the Jets New York Jets with "Same Old Jets" chants in the third quarter when his turtle offense became frozen.

"They ain't saying it now," Favre said.

I thought the basic premise was that Woody is a dolt.

This article pisses me off though....

It's as if he is implying the Jet fans expected the Pats to just roll over and die. Anybody who expected that hasn't been watching the NFL for the last 7 years.

You really shouldn't let anything the Boston media spews all over get to you. Who cares what they say? Why should you be surprised?

I posted this this morning - real Jet fans don't give a flying F about whether hacks in some two bit town say this or that, or some fat turd bursting out of his sack suit says they don't respect the Jets. I want it that way. I love it that way. I am a Jet fan, and we define ourselves by not caring about that crap.

Rise above it. Learn to love it. Or don't care about it at all. Either way works. Learn this.

what the fuck is this guy talking about with his "young Jets" comments
    we have Favre,Coles,Faneca,Woody,Richardson,Ty law,Ellis,Thomas Jones

most of this guys are in there 30's or close

the Jets are a good mixture of young and veteren players , the way it should be.

Brady has been hurt all damn year, thats not a freaking excuse anymore. They were still a 6-3 team with Cassell. And sure losing Thomas and Ty Warren hurts, but I have not heard one damn word about how the Jets were missing their best linebacker.
