I've watched a lot of Texas Tech games this season...mainly to watch Crabtree and he reminds me more of Brandon Marshall now. He used to remind me of Andre Johnson, but he's more of a Marshall.

Big, strong, athletic...but he still makes a lot of key drops -- WIDE OPEN drops. Everyone knows he got awesome hands -- sometimes the game just gets to his head.

...yeah, I see that too. Crab's a little more physical the Edwards though.

He's not nearly as big as Brandon Marshall, but I understand the comparison.

Every single one of those guys you're listing are similar players.

Tall. Physical. Big hands. Long arms. Get YAC. Great leaping ability. Solid hands but prone to the occasional easy drop.

Oh, and another thing...Crabtree has no ego. Johnson, Fitzgerald, and Edwards are all high character guys. Basically they're prototypes...TO's size, strength, speed numbers without the ego. Thats every offenses dream isn't it.

Marshall can be there, but he's done some dumb shit.

What did he do wrong besides drop that 4th down ball early in the game? That was an extremely tough catch to make, and he was short of the first anyways.

Oklahoma just completely shut down their system. All of their crosses and "accidental" picks weren't working. Crabtree's a great talent, but his numbers are inflated by the system...just like Harrell's. He really need to work on his hands and his route running.

    ...how bout Ole Miss buddy?

...and he was draped all over him but hey, it was all Crabtree's fault that they got their asses kicked all over the place.

Ole Miss might be the most underrated team in college football. Too bad they probably lose their 3 best players in the trenches this year....or 2 if Hardy chooses to stay.

    1) Timmy Tebow will most likely play his senior year
    2) he needs to in order to refine his QB pocket passer skills if he wants to actually be an NFL QB prospect
    3) If he does come out, the Jaguars will do everything in their power to draft Teeeeebowwwww....... ensuring sellouts through his rookie contract :breakdance:

Anyone else see T.O. in Crabtree? He reminds me of TO the most.

""Next Level Scouting, Inc. is reporting that Texas Tech red-shirt sophomore wide receiver Michael Crabtree has informed several staff members of his intention to enter this year’s draft following the team’s Cotton Bowl loss to Mississippi. According to those close to the situation he should make his intentions known at an on-campus press conference sometime this week, but has already started to interview agents and put together a support staff for the purpose of training for the NFL Combine and creating PR and marketing opportunities for him."
