The Chiefs were the lucky ones with that awful PI call. Luckily talent prevails over luck and shitty coaching.
I think we need to start a thread call guess Herm Edwards Iq. Seriously how much of a dumb fuck is he why not tie the game now Im sure most of the guys in the locker room hate his guts
I didn't see the whole game, just the last few minutes. I thought the Chargers was going to whip the Chiefs pretty good.
Not only is that an awful rule but that was an awful overturn. How can they say that replay was conclusive?
that was crazy. Giants win a wild one, 36-31, after Eagles went for it on 4th and 1 and Westbrook got stuffed.
The rule is that the entire body of the QB has to be over the line of scrimmage for it to be illegal; Tony Romo has killed the Giants with it in the past. You may not love the rule, but the refs called it as they should have. And for the other challenges, c'mon. Jacobs was clearly down in the first instance and the ball had broken the goal line plane in the second. Furthermore, the officials ruled it a TD, so they needed clear evidence to go against it. The rules were interpreted correctly. If you want to see bad calls, see Sam Madison being flagged for touching Jason Avant trying to stop his own momentum, or the call where Pierce was flagged for holding when LJ Smith ran into him.
A couple of good games were played this week. I thoroughly enjoyed the Packers/Vikings game. The NFC North is one big clusterfuck minus the Lions.
WOW!!! 49ers draw first blood. Touchdown on the Kickoff return. I'm actually rooting for them tonight...don't know why.
