Leon needs to get more carries. This should seriously be more of a time-share instead of giving Leon the occasional carry. Let Jones take 2 drives, then give Leon a possession to be the sole ball carrier, like many teams do that have 2 solid rbs. I really think he may be able to be a starter in this league for some reason. IDK...I mean the guy breaks more tackles than Jones and is half his size...and he has triple the heart that Jones has. I must say, Jones has played well this year...but he doesn't have that big play element Leon does.

That move doesn't set the Jets back at all. Pennington was through with the Jets no matter what and so is Clemens in my opinion. If Favre leaves they will either trade for, pick up or draft another QB next year. They have Ratliff getting another year of experience too. Having Favre now gives them that opportunity. It was a great move.

leon is impressive. i'd like to see what would happen if the jets featured him a bit more. might find some limits, but he has certainly earned the opportunity if he gets it.
