Not for long. Its draining and you will become very irritable. What i do now is “flexible dieting”. Basically you get a certain amount calories a day and can use them however you want. I dont really get hungry until night so I eat light throughout the day, have a pretty big dinner, and a snack at like 7-8pm. Moderation is key

Been pretty decent today since we're in a snowstorm. I'll be going with a modified carb diet instead of zero carb although I've been told starting out, you should go zero carbs to get the carb burning reactions going. Is that right?

I think what youre referring to is ketosis and the general rule is under 50g of carbs. Dont stress it too much though. Its all about eating the right amount of food. Burning more calories than you consume.

    heres a few tips guys-
1- Eat 5 or 6 medium sized meals a day
2-Dont go 3 or 4 hours between meals and then pig out until you're full, thats suicide.
3-eat dinner by 6 pm, 630 latest. just in general. of course not including dinner out with your girl or friends etc
4-take a walk after dinner, they are very underrated. they will help burn up your dinner. never eat late and go to sleep.
5-pound water all day. i know it sounds like a headache but its possibly the best thing for you.
6-balanced meals, no processed meats, no fast food, i know we love convenience but if you want to get healthy and stay that way, you just gotta omit the crap.
repeat #4 as often as possible. TAKE WALKS if you're not exercising in other ways.
also, when you wake up, pound a tall glass of water and go for a walk, with your coffee if need be. there is nothing in your stomach when you wake up, you will burn nothing but fat if you do this, trust me it works. if you have the time do it, if you don't , make the time!

Had a trouble ticket at an Arby's and got to get behind the counter back in the food prep area. I saw what Arby's gleefully refers to as "beef". It looked nothing at all like any cut of beef I've ever seen anywhere. It more resembled a "loaf" of processed meat they cut into qtrs. I asked the guy what cut of beef it was.. His answer? "I dunno.." Just a heads up next time you see an Arby's and you're hungry..

They had a wireless access issue with their Router/Firewall combo. Seems they had the 3 stooges replace some of their networking equipment and threw out what powers the Wireless Access Point.

Tommy hasn’t had a real job in twenty years. Not hard to lose weight when you can’t afford to buy food.
