I still want Cooper over everyone. He learns for a season or two under a great WR and when Marshall breaks down we have a legit #1 for the next 5-10 years.

To me nobody in this draft has as much star power and flat out potential as Cooper.

Fowler would be next but he's probably gone by then.

Ray is really the only pick that would bum me out.

Ive been watching a lot of his film lately and i'll admit that my initial hate for him was wrong. I still wouldnt take him at 6 though, i think we will have better options

I get that but if we trade down a few spots we could do worse than Ray.

Best: Cooper, White, Fowler, trade back.

Worst: anything that isn't one of those 4 options or Winston/Mariota.

    Best: Cooper, Beasley, White
Worst: Sherff (I don't believe in taking OL that high unless they have Pace/Ogden/Munoz like potential), Waynes (not only don't we need him but I'm tired of whiffing on CBs, regardless of it being a new regime), Gurley (I actually like Gurley a lot, but if we took a RB coming off of a blown knee with the 6th pick I'd be pissed, especially when there are other RBs to be had later in the draft.)

I don't think he's as strong as Fowler or as quick as Beasley off the first step. I think Ray has an extremely strong motor, will always work hard every snap. Doesn't have the pass-rushing moves of Beasley.

You can argue Ray, has one serious motor though - might be revvin more then others.

Interesting that somebody wrote yesterday "White has the highest ceiling in the draft and Cooper has the lowest floor". Meaning, I guess, that white is so under rated and cooper so over rated.

It means White has the most possible potential and Cooper is very unlikely to be a bust. Nothing to do with underrated or overvaluing.

Best: Cooper, Fowler, Gregory, Beasley, White
Worst: Any position that isn't WR or OLB (Gurley, Scherff, Peat, etc)
    Ray I'm not sure about.

I saw that post, I think it was that White has highest ceiling, Cooper has the HIGHEST floor as in Cooper is more of a guarantee but White's full potential is higher.

Best/Happiest: Winston (by far); Cooper/Mariota; White; Williams; Fowler; or, additional picks.

Worst/Least Happy: Gurley (or any RB); Scherff/CB (not at 6, please); Ray/Gregory.

If the Jets took Gordon at 6 I'd be happy.

    Nope

First round picks need to be playmakers. Gordon is a playmaker.

He won't make it out of the first.

I wouldn't take him over Winston, Mariota, Cooper, or Fowler... but after that, I'd hit it.

He'll go in the first because some team will reach for him. He'll be a solid player but he is not a superstar. The combine revealed that he is no where near Jamaal Charles level athletically like many people were claiming. He's a good runner but also benefited from a great o line and running system in college. The same system that montee ball put up comparable epic stats with recently. To take this player in the top ten is an insanely bad use of a top pick.

I don't get caught up in comparisons, if I did I'd want nothing to do with Jameis Winston, coming out of Jimbo Fishers world.

Maybe you should get caught up in them.
