How awesome to be able to take part in that history! Jeter, IMHO, is total class. During the 2009 All-Star parade, Jeter's mom was taking pics of him with the fans. Jeter has won a ton of awards, but yet his mom was still there taking pics of him, with some unknown fans. During the 2008 All-Star parade, Jeter rode in a truck with his mom and dad and sister. How many 30+ yr old guys are that loyal to their family...when he could be with the hottest babe on the planet??!! Just an amazing family...which has supported him non-stop, from day one.
It was called Ganggreen..it had a long title something to do with frustration and failure. The guy who wrote it was Gerald Eskanazi ...it was a fantastic book.
