Profootballtalk.com reports LSU DT Claude Wroten and Missouri St. K Jon Scifres tested positive at the NFL Scouting Combine. Wroten is one of the three most talented defensive tackles in this draft. Failing a test that is announced in advanced could send him spiraling out of the first day of the draft. Former Wisconin and current Raiders DT Anttaj Hawthorne experienced a drop to the sixth-round last year in a similar scenario. Scifres' was considered a top three kicker, but probably wasn't getting drafted anyway. Apr. 21 - 5:44 pm et Source: Profootballtalk.com
Castillo failed too but that didnt stop him from going in the first round With Hawthorne, it was his tests, combined with a questionable work ethic, a lazy attitude, and long bouts of inconsistency, that dropped him that far...
Castillo took medicinal steroids because of muscle problems though, and that was explained by his doctor.
Dude look at my post. Sure weve seen posts edited by other members before, but whats with the reason
I hope he doesn't get drafted. I mean how dumb do you have to be to fail a drug test at the combine? You know it's coming. How hard is it to not do drugs for a month or two? Is it worth the couple million dollars he is losing out on? I don't even see a problem with weed, I don't think it should be illegal, but it is so you gotta drop the habit when it is appropriate...you know like when you know you are going to be drug tested on your way to landing a sweet job.
Wroten was caught with weed in his car about 3 months ago, when he was involved in a car accident....so that's no surprise.
