If you're talkng about Marino it's likely about the pot use, and maybe more. I think there were rumors about partying and coke even.

Dan Marino in 1982 had a higher completion percentage than Josh Allen in 2017.

ken obrien wasnt a terrible qb, he wasnt the problem, the fact that the jets had talent at wr but not at hc, fo and offensive line were the issue.

Blizzard conditions with very big accumilations in some areas. From roughly 1983-1992. ;)

Kingsbridge Bronx, but ventured into the war zones often. There was collateral damage everywhere tho. Veterans and survivors of that shit always have a bond.

You're right Walt. It was a war and there were bodies everywhere.. They actually had to build a new police precinct right on ground zero. Shut down the market but it was about 9 years too late.

As oppose to what we have had for the last 4 decades. Its been teaseville for a few seasons and then outright terrible most seasons. So yes I would take competent sound football for 15 years as long as it leads to a title at some point. These last 3 years have been some of the worst football the Jets have played. I don't even blame the players that much because its really the coach. He has no clue what he's doing. I can take the occasional all around bad game but I can't stand horrible coaching every game. I was like this with Kottite and its worst now with Bowles because they rewarded him for his awful coaching.

For someone who has only attended four Jets games, I appreciate your persistence, Sir.

O’Brien would be more successful these days. League protects QBs better now. He’d eat up a lot of defenses. I think so, at least.
