Restaurant's that take orders by having you talk into a clown's mouth are probably selling fast path to a stroke fare. 3,200 milligrams of salt? Hello 180/100 blood pressure.
I know you're just being funny, but for someone like me, I wonder if it'd be good to eat. I'm 5'11 and only 145. I've been trying to gain weight lately. It seems although my heart might bitch a little, this might do the trick. haha.. Anyone have this yet? I plan on getting it today.
Eat 5 ounces of beef jerky instead, you will get the same amount of protein with out all the other junk. Of course get a jerky without all the preservatives or added sodium. Now if you are eating the burger just to eat the burger that is all together different.
I've never liked jerky actually until this year. I've been starting to buy it, and I'm seeing what I've been missing out on.
You can make it yourself, it is not that hard and that way you know there are no preservatives or MSG or other junk. Here is one pretty simple recipe. http://thehealthyfoodie.com/home-made-beef-jerky-in-with-the-yummy-out-with-the-nasty/
