Why is this rule in place?

    Why can't I see a link? The post rule to censor links seems pretty ridiculous.....What's the point?

    To only keep people who truly give shit about this board enough to add thoughts and reward them for sticking around. Cuts down on a lot of the dumbasses and trolls. People that aren't willing to do that aren't usually the type of people we'd want around here anyway. We still get idiots despite this rule, just less of them.

    Just make a bunch of 3 word posts that add nothing to the discussion and you'll hit 10 posts easy and you can see all the links you like.

    I have to agree. I absolutely hate that I cannot post in threads until I have a certain number. And honestly...who made up this arbtrary number for some threads? SHEESH!

    links show up in "tapatalk" app apparently with no restriction...only way I can see them for now...

    not only is there the 10 post before viewing links
    there is a 50 post before posting links and posting new threads

    also, the 60 second rule inbetween searches drives me nuts... sigh.
