Why can't Darron Lee cover anyone?

    The stats don't show everything I suspect, and he may have been shorted there too. But they're good. He also has 3 passes defensed, and has taken away his man's option a bunch.

    Some people who didn't know shit about him when he was drafted prolly read some negative take by some writer who didn't know shit about him, who couldn't conceptualize what he was, blurted out he was "a cover" LB, and then listed all the negatives.
    So now a couple of people armed with a little knowledge, a very dangerous thing, without any idea whatsoever of Mac, the scouts, and Bowles thinking are already looking for the worst. Considering how bad Harris, Davis and everybody else were over the years it was an obvious defensive liability.

    Everybody on the D was a little unsure early on. It wasn't just Lee. Lee may very well becoming one of the quickest in identifying things now, and he's actually pointing out assignments to Lineman even.
