What coach do you think will be the first do be fired in the upcoming 2007-08 season?

Note that this is who WILL get fired - not who deserves to get fired.

Coughlin without a doubt... not that it's his fault... but that team is out of control

This is actually a great list, minus Herm and McCarthy, they're only in their 2nd seasons, so they have time.

Coughlin is just Coughlin, so he'll get canned.

But Gruden, Del Rio, and Crennell all have to make the playoffs to secure their job, at least one more season.

    I'll vote Gruden.

Coughlin, the g-men are fed up with him, and the reason he wasn't fired before was because i think the owner thinks he can wiggle Cowher out of retirement.... but he wanted to give Cowher a year off first...

Coughlin will be the stop gap for one more year simply so the Giants can go after Cowher. If they can't manage to recruit him then they will throw all their money at Jeff Fischer.

I think you should have made this multiple choice. I can see many on this list that could get fired.

I think the Giants will be bad but they won't be so bad that Coughlin will get fired during the season.

The Buccaneers, on the other hand, might actually slip past the Raiders this year as worst team in the league. That team has nothing going for it. Gruden will finally be exposed for the hack he is this year.

Coughlin is definately gone after this season. The team isn't gonna do anything special, I'd be surprised with a 500 season. He's more than worn out his welcoe.

Gruden is gone as well. The team has a chance to be decent with Garcia at the helm, but Gruden never accomplished anything on his own (As in he took Dungy's team to the Super Bowl)

Crennel is gone as well. While I think he is a good coach and was just put in too bad of a position, he will unfortunately get the boot. The Browns are on their way up in the league, but just a little too late for Crennel's sake.

Tom Coughlin - I'm not a Giants hater, but that team is turning into a Circus from an outsiders perspective. Tiki gone, Strahan holding out, Eli being Eli. I think it could be a rough season for them.

Gruden and Del Rio are my #2 and #3 with Crennel also near the line in Cleveland.

Herm is on the list....haha!!! Do Jets fans realize we are the only ones who think Herm has any chance of getting fired?

I think after his HBO special and what's will follow this season a few more fans will agree...

and one of my employees is a huge KC fan and wants him fired after the "welcome sign incident"

I think Coughlin and Crennel (unfairly) will definitely be gone. I think Del Rio's gone if they miss the playoffs, but I like their chances of making it, so I can't rank him above Coughlin/Romeo.
