    Safety precautions....but still it kind of sucks to interrupt a team's offense in the middle of a drive to make your weather announcement.

    Bad loss for the Irish but considering how awful they were in the 1st half, its amazing that they only lost by 3....

    WR Michael Floyd: 12 Rec. 154 yds 2 TD at least...that's my dude. He might play himself out of the Jets 1st round pick range though :(

    It wasn't in the middle of the drive ND just got the ball. And it was doing absolutely nothing when they stopped it and there were only 4 minutes left. If it did hurt them the refs certainly made it up to ND on that last TD drive.

    Well it's only the first game, ND still has 2 or 3 more losses before they're eliminated from national title contention. It's going to be fun watching that lunatic coach die of a heart attack on the sidelines this year.

    Wow you don't hide your hate of Notre Dame lol.

    They stopped it on 2nd down...they should have delayed it right before kickoff if anything. The refs didn't do anything on that TD drive unless I am forgetting something? More penalties on ND than USF in the game if anything.
