really interested to see if the Jets bounce back after the emotional loss to the Pats last week. Usually those loses carry over to the next week ...
Jets at home is a great team. Jets on the road is a below average team. I don't have big hopes today but I hope we win to make this season fun.
ASJ and Kelce are both top 5 tight ends in PPR leagues right now for sure. I drafted ASJ in the last round, didn't wanna risk it.
It's going to be hard for the Jets to duplicate their performance from week 3. That was probably the best performance and total team effort the Jets have had since Rex was still HC. But if they want to win this game, the objective will be the same as it was in week 3. Stop the Dolphins running game. The only time the Jets have done that this season was the last Dolphins game. They've been gashed in every other game they've played. If their successful doing that it means Cutler will have to step up. He didn't do it last time, but I think he will this time around? So the front 7 must also generate some fucking pressure for once this season.
Hopefully I'm wrong but I don't see this game being favarable for the Jets, unless the defense steps up big time.
I don't get it either...last time made sense, Jets and Giants were on at the same time, so someone had to switch. What's the excuse now?
Man given hindsight I wish we'd just got McCown back instead of drafting Mark Sanchez that year and just used that pick on some other player. I wonder where we'd be now.
That drive was pretty darn lucky with Forte converting a "give up" 3rd down screen pass, a penalty 1st down, and Tomlinson with a 20+ yard catch.
