Luck has been fantastic this year. I can easily see him picking us apart, especially with TY back.

Hope Rogers takes some time off to recover and be with his family...

Luck is going to put up big yards on the Jets defense, but should be interesting if they bend and continue the pass rush. They've been good in the redzone.

This is a game the Jets need, have to wonder if they will string together another strong performance

Anyone remember the 2006 Colts-Jets game? It was a great chess match between Peyton Manning and Chad Pennington. Peyton won at the end, 31-28. We will be seeing the sequel next Sunday, as Andrew Luck takes on Sam Darnold. I think the score will be similar, but hopefully the Jets get the win this time.

I don't believe Luck has ever beat us.

EDIT: I forgot about that debacle in 2016. In fairness, I kinda phased that game out because I had to DVR it and went the whole day without seeing the score.

Might need Darnold to put together a 60% 300+ 2+ type game to win this one.

Years of conditioning. It's not as if we feel this way for no reason. Just like death and taxes, the only other sure thing in life is that the Jets gonna Jet. Hell, we're even taxed after we die. Now there's food for thought.

It's a tricky situation with Rogers, because I too believe Bowles should continue defensive play calling. He dialed up a great game in the role yesterday. But let's say, for arguments sake, Rogers returns for this Colts game. What do you do with him given the result without him there yesterday?

this is a game the jets SHOULD win but we all know how that goes. their offense is bad and really just have luck and no run game and not much at WR especially without hilton. their D is bad too and we should be able to put up points. the only worry i have is chester rodgers carving us up in the middle 8 yards at a time

I had a bad feeling when Chad threw a pick in the end zone. When Miller took the KO to the house, I thought we were gonna win. I should've known better. :( Was a fun game to watch though.

Given that Jordan Jenkins said yesterday about Rodgers is that "he's fighting for his life" I'd be surprised if we see him any time soon.

Prays with KR... one word to TB...CONSISTENCY! Get you team to play the way they did yesterday or you might as well pack your bags.

The way the guys were talking this afternoon on the NFL network it doesn't sound like he'll be back any time soon. Their take was that a good part of the energy the Jets produced was likely to be a one time shot because they wanted to dedicate a win and give Rogers a game ball. Teams don't do that when somebody is going through a routine procedure. The word "serious' was used more than once and it sounded like they knew what the story was but were keeping it under wraps. Kind of goes along with Bowles getting testy when the story about him taking over play calling came up.

    This sounds bad..

I would say more than half of TGG has been ripping Rogers since day one...feeling pretty guilty now with this news

Well..if anyone was wondering why TB never dismissed Rogers as D.C. it's apparently something he couldn't do and I give him props for that

    Good luck ..Kacy

    Prayers..
