In my post in the GM thread I discovered that the entire Patriots offensive line is homegrown. Speaking of player development... LT Nate Solder (first round, 2011) LG Joe Thuney (third round, 2016) C David Andrews (UDFA, 2015) RG Shaquille Mason (fourth round, 2015) RT Marcus Cannon (fifth round, 2011) This is what Mac dreams of with his whole 'don't take offensive lineman high' bullshit. Dante Scarnecchia has been a Patriots coach since 1991 and the offensive line coach since 1999. Talk about fucking player development. Sheesh.
How do they leave him singled up against Ansah? He's got three sacks already with that one. That's bad adjustments. Put Rhett Ellison on that side. Send a back to chip. Jesus McAdoo.
at the least run a screen or 2 at him to give him something else to think about. mcadoo is less than impressive
I was thoroughly confused as to why they were going for that. That was when to not chase points 101. Make it a one score game with 3 minutes left in the third. I'm not a fan of McAdoo. He's highly overrated. Stafford has complete command of this offense at the line of scrimmage. He's making several checks every play.
Brandon Marshall doing Brandon Marshall things. Dropped a key 2nd down ball while wide open. Pure concentration there.
LOL what a turn around. Marshall drop. Don't get the first next play. Kick returned for a TD. Marshall ain't ever gonna make the playoffs.
I wonder if he can't get open anymore. I thought it was on our shitty offense last year. He's never been a speed guy, but as soon as those bigger lumbering wide receivers lose their final step their careers are usually over. Marques Colston comes to mind in that sense.
