Time for him to sit. Too many penalties and missed blocks. Time for Winters to get his shot

Def would rather see if Winters can play . He cant be worse than Vlad . It was crazy that every replay of a sack or hit on Geno had Vlad chasing his defender .

I think your confusing 62 with 60. Vlad missed a couple but Brick was Horrendous today. Mangold too, and I am a huge supporter of both.

Never thought he was great but was always hopeful that he would come around. Him starting this year was a sign of his stock pointing up. Maybe too soon to tell. But the CS cut a vet to keep Vlad as a starter. They must have seen something

Turnstile at LG has always done bad things to the Jets. Ducasse has looked somewhere between mediocre and turnstile all year. Geno Smith had people in his face the entire game.

Time for Plan B at LG.

Winters looked worse against 3rd string defensive players.

That is not even close to true. Smith had all day long in the first half and some of the second. In fact, he had all day on both of the idiotic picks he threw in the first half.

Fucking guy played like shit most of the game aside from probably four good passes.

Duccasse should have snacks taken away for every false start and they should paddle him everytime his assignment hits the Qb.

Bench? I think we are best served releasing him. He is just god awful. He is a penalty machine and cannot protect Geno. He and Clyde Gates need to be dropped from the squad. They are detrimental to the team.

No way. Colon is a leader and a fighter. We NEED that on the OL

    Ducasse was AWFUL tonight.

And don't think that had an effect on the rest of the line because by then Mangold and Brick had to try and help Ducasse. They even tried to keep a TE to block on the left side and the TE was getting blown up (Cucumber) because Brick was helping Ducasse out.

Geno had no time back there...he had some HORRIBLE decisions but the line didn't help him out. Geno played piss poor. He's still a rookie though...he needs help.

Its not that we loved him. Its like the mirage with water in the desert. We all wanted to think there was a possibility that we would get 1 starter season out of a 4 year 2nd round draft pick.
Despite being a rookie, - hard to believe Winters could be worse. Winters could get some valuable playing time/experience. Ducasse is UFA after this season and based on the past 2 games, I cant see a starter's future for him.

    I say go with Winters.

We're gonna need much better OL play for Geno to make any substantial progress. Hopefully Ducasse doesn't see the field again for a while.

You were definitely watching a different game than I was.
