I don't know but they're 'rumored' to be interested in him. I don't think an Abe for Ramsey and a first round pick would be a bad deal at all. Two first round picks would give the Jets plenty of flexability in the draft and at worst Ramsey gives them a young option for '06 while they groom their QB of the future. If Cutler, Young, whoever works out, Ramsey goes back to the bench. We know Fiedler's not coming back, who knows what the new regime thinks of Bolinger, and how much more are you going to get for a player (Abraham) that everybody knows is disgruntled with his current franchise?
    Just a thought....

Skins do not have a 2006 first rounder.

There is just no way this would be a one for one deal. Maybe it would be something like Ramsey and a 2nd for Abe. No way our FO trades him for Ramsey straight up, that would be a disaster.

Seriously, this is one of the few situations where I think the QB is better than the coach thinks. For some reason, Gibbs never gave him a shot. I'd love Ramsey here.

Of course there's no way we trade Abe for him straight up. If his coach thinks he's worthless, we can get him cheaper.

I think that our young option in '06 while we're grooming our QB of the future should be Bollinger. Already on the roster, isn't going to cost us any extra money.

Yeah, let's do it! In fact we should throw in Mawae and give them Coles back! That should get the job done!

I heard on the WFAN and ESPN that it Was RAMSEY & ARRINGTON for Abe..The deal would be ok because we have our Qb to play while CUTLER or WHOMEVER is groomed and we have defensive player who is pretty good when motivated..IMO

Cutler will be drafted and will probably start. Bolly would be the #3 QB behind a CHEAP veteran back-up QB acquired via FA.

Therefore, Abe should be traded for a 1st round draft pick and then some (depending on how high the first round pick is)

    Thiat's my stupid idea

I don't want to start Cutler as a rook behind a shambles of an Oline.

I don't want Ramsey on the Jets period. Get a first round pick for Abraham and nothing less not some lowball mid round pick! The Redskins don't have a 1st round forget it then. Move on and see what other teams are interested.
