The Oilers are the worst run organization in all of the major 4 North American sports leagues now that the Browns have seemingly turned the corner. It's just amazing to watch this piss stain night after night. Dumbarelli finally fired but insane damage has been done. And Katz and Nicholson have absolutely no clue. No doubt the Lightning are great, but I am really interested to see how things shake out in the playoffs. The Leafs, Bruins, Capitals, Penguins, could all beat the Lightning. Even a series against the young Isles, Hurricanes, and Habs wouldn't be easy. If Columbus can get into gear, they will not be an easy out either. So the Eastern Conference Playoffs will be truly exciting this year. Not a lot separating these teams.
Good Lord, the Lightning are tough. The Capitals played a really good game, but 3 Power Play Goals by Tampa Bay were tough to overcome. Kuznetsov tied it with 52 seconds left to force OT, but Ovechkin tripped and sent the Bolts on a breakaway and a 5-4 win in OT. Very fun and exciting game, but I would have liked the win.
Just noticed The Lightning have already clinched the President's Trophy and they still have 8 games left. Amazing. Also impressive they still gave a great effort tonight, despite not needing to.

You guys are a bunch of jerks! Looks highly likely there could be a Capitals-Hurricanes series in Round 1. That would be a fun series. I still love Justin Williams. Can't cheer for him that series, but I definitely wish him well. He is the man.
Love JW KIngs, Canes and Caps fans know the player he is, big time playoff performer. Really thought he would help bring cup to the Caps but glad we got him back. His leadership and getting the “C” this year cannot be said enough for value he added to locker room.
