Its too bad there arent many Nets fans on this board.

This should be a wild game.

Congrats on the win. Will be a fun series in the future. Looks like the next couple times we play, similar rosters, but once the new years hits, you might not recognize the Knicks team you are facing for better or for worse.

Nets up double digits at TD Garden.

    Rondo Wallace and Humphries ejected

Missed the game. Anything up with Brook? Saw that he only played for 17 mins

    ^foul trouble.

Being one of the oldest people here, I was actually at the Nassau Coliseum when the Nets won their first ABA championship and ran on the court....when I went to Hofstra and now being a Brooklyn person I'm excited about the Nets being in the 'hood.

like wexy said, foul trouble. He jammed his foot or ankle during the 4th, Avery left him out for the rest of the game with the lead with Blatche/Evans playing so well. (Nothing to be worried about injury wise, he seemed fine)

Ahh good to know. He's been looking good so far. People forgot how good he really is with the whole Dwight Howard fiasco.

I do want to see Marshan Brooks play more though.

Marshon will play when he picks up his defense in practice. If he can, we get another threat. With the team playing so well, this is a good time to actually coach Marshon. IMO, hes doing the right thing in forcing Brooks to become an all around player.

I regularly went to Nets games when I was in high school and they played at the Island Garden in West Hempstead (now a strip mall). The place was a dump (there were dead spots all over the court), but watching Rick Barry play up close was fun.

Having said that, like just about everyone I knew I was a Knicks fan, not a Nets fan. The 22 in my user name is in honor of Dave DeBusschere, not Jim Chones!

Round 3 in the garden, good luck

Melo is going to try and play, Novak and Camby and Wallace are out for us.

Joe Johnson broke out of his cold streak, but it seems your players aren't fans of avery johnson.

I think the edge is to you guys since we have no interior prescense behind Chandler now. Camby and Wallace somewhat provided it, but Thomas is a step down. When playing you alst game, we ran 4-7 minutes of Melo at center, so who know what we do. Having Novak out wrosens the spreading of our offense. Hopefully it's another nail biter!

    And of course, no injuries.

So much time. It's frustrating but you see glimpses and flashes that look great.

Your defense needs some work and eventually Deron will break out of his slump.

not exactly kevin loughery and doctor j, is it?

i think one of the van gundy brothers, who coached near here at SUNY Brockport, could do a much better job with the nets roster.

I love the Van Gundy brothers. I think either one could do magic. When the Knicks made the coaching change, it made a huge difference, is there someone on the Nets assistant coaches you guys would like to fill in?
