Every season is different. I think it's clear that the Jets and Patriots will be fighting hard for the AFC East. When the playoffs come, the Patriots have something to prove. So do the Jets for that matter. I still don't see any recent Jets SuperBowl trophies. It should be an exciting season.

I didn't hear much criticism for the Jets approach to Free agency. They seem aggressive and will take chances and "pundits" seem to like that.

If we could talk Burress and C.Jenkins both into coming to NY it may sway back to us.

Or even Burress and a good CB or Safety would get us back to respectibility.

Mike Reiss said on twitter not to look too deep into it as a conditioning thing, just easing him into padded practices.

The post by MiamiPuck was quite annoying. Yeah the Pats went 14-2. Whats the point? We knew that, and we kicked their ass. Regular season record determines your standings for the playoffs. Look how well that worked for the PATS.

the patriots lost there sack leader from last season.

and they brought in two headaches.

ochoLOCO is about done, and haynesworth is not a pass rusher.

I think ocho will probably be fine but no way Fat Albert is a difference maker . He can't get or stay in any kind of shape . You can't coach Lazy . He had a great year when he need to right before he got a stupid contract from a terrible owner . Now they act like the Cheats are the free agent winner come on now

Mike Wright was the Pats sack leader last year, not Banta-Cain.

Personally, I'm a bit worried about Albert. He was super effective when on the field last year. The Pats have had a lot of success getting malcontents and troublemakers to shape up before. If they do it again, Haynesworth could be huge for them.

We're just going to need our guys to step up and keep pace.

I am about to have a giant cup of, I really don't give a fuck.

The point because you are not smart enough to figure it out after I unceremoniously repeated it 2500 times:

The Pats were 14-2 and won the fucking division. In fact, they have won the division 7 out of the last 8 fucking years. That would pretty much mean they are the favorite?

    No?

or are you incapable of understanding that concept?

That doesn't mean they are necessarily better or they can not be be beat, it just means that anyone with half a fucking brain might logically think the Pats would win the division again.

If you would like, I would be happy to draw a crayon diagram on a napkin, if that would help you understand the concept better.

  19. They are the Chargers now, with their best postseason play behind them. They don't really win it every so often. They had a run of three in a short span, and then postseason disappointments.
