I couldn't disagree more. I would love to know what you see, to make those comparisons. Vick = Young?? and Cutler = George??

Why do you see Cutler as a Jeff George clone?

Young is not vick, young is more aaron brooks than anyone. Cutler, cutlers a tough one, but i can't go to the favre comparison without getting burned :)

Leadership, consistancy and decision making, and is there ever a draft where the scouts aren't hyping up big arm QBs? Happens every year.

This is a different kind of hype than the last couple years with guys like Boller and Losman. Those guys shot up after there workouts. Boller with his famous throw from his knees through the uprights.. With Cutler its more of a case of an unknown Qb finally getting noticed. He was shooting up the draft boards way before the Senior Bowl.. I'm by no means a draft expert but I have been saying since mid season of college football that this kid was gonna be a top 10 pick. Consistency is definetely an issue with him but his leadership has never been questioned, in fact that is one of his strongest qualities. I think the combination of his skill set is more than worth taking the chance that with some solid coaching and some talent around him that he will answer those consistency issues. Only time will tell but you better get used to the idea cause at this point he looks to be the direction we are heading..

While if we do draft him, I hope I eat my words, but what exactly did he lead Vanderbilt to? They still couldn't reach a bowl game and had 11 wins to his credit, unless we are looking forward to mediocrity he hasn't proved he could do more.
