I had tried Curamin but it did not work as well as a mixture of many of the ingredients in there and a couple of others taken separately. These were recommended to me by @jetophile and I feel better than when I was taking morphine, hydrocodone and gabapentin. I now take 1 tsp of MSM powder mixed with flavored sparkling water twice a day. You need the flavored sparkling water since the MSM powder is pretty bad tasting. With that I take turmeric curcumin 95% extract, boswelia extract and alpha lipoic acid. The turmeric and ALA are twice a day with the MSM powder and the boswelia extract is once a day. All of these run me about $14 a month total from Amazon (actually a little less since I found a bulk 2.5 lb bag as cheap as the 1 lb I was getting) compared to the $100+ a month the scrips ran me. The MSM powder you can start at 1/2 tsp, twice a day and increase it up to 2 tsp, twice a day until you get to your comfort zone.

Mine is to help with 2 plates and 6 screws in neck, bullet in lower back, tranverse myelitis and arthritis so it might also work good for you.

    blacklist pornhub on all devices

In all seriousness though - I dealt with a torn labrum in both shoulders (different times) that they addressed with the shot, which as you know is only temporary. The long term fix for me was to build the muscle up. There might be better exercises to work the shoulders but I did relatively light weigh curls and bench presses once a week. It was a little painful at first but that only lasted 2 or 3 weeks, then it made a world of difference. Eventually you'll be able to up the weight, but start light.

    good luck

Ok,,,,deja vu,,,,I still have issues. Has anyone out there had or familiar with Prolotherapy ? I already had PRP ( Platelet Rich Plasma ) done earlier in this process and for many it has been successful on things such as elbows and knees but as far as my shoulder goes not the best success rate and on me = NO GOOD. I did the physical Therapy, did the surgery, went back to physical therapy but still no good. You know when you go into a surgery they tell you how successful it can be and how you are a good candidate ? Well Im that guy that did not do well and brought the success # down ! So again is anyone familiar with Prolo therapy ? I just heard about it yesterday and have done some research but I would feel better about life if I actually knew that someone had success or knew of someone having success on their shoulder ? I hope you other guys that were going thru $hit are doing well and let me add much better than me -- Let me know if you have any info ,guys.

BTW any of you guys or girls have arthritis issues or know someone who does ( we all do ) go get yourself some BORON ( its a trace mineral ) with zero side effects . Go read up on it and find out for yourself and you can post on here or somewhere else how you are doing and then you can THANK ME. You can get it in most heath food stores no prescription necessary. Now back to any prolotherapy advice or info , its much appreciated

For real, though, bursitis, it doesn't matter if you're young or old, it can strike. Honestly, aspirin is the only thing that works for me on any level - especially if I'm gonna migraine - along with an espresso chaser (fukk Excedrin, I'll do it myself). Stay away from Nabumetone. Too many side effects that just aren't worth the risk. Naproxen Sodium never did squat for me on any level. Everyone is different. Of course if you're on blood thinners and full strength enteric coated aspirin is not an option, ring up Dr. Kevorkian. I think I have his number somewhere. MSM powder stirred into cranberry juice is also a simple godsend. Hope you feel bettter,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Both of my shoulders used to hurt very bad every time I lifted my arms. It was because I am a side sleeper. So I raised my bed high enough so that I was putting less weight on my shoulders. They haven't hurt for years after that.

Now my feet have been hurting pretty bad for the last seven months. I just bought some Dr Christopher tissue and bone massage oil. It got a lot of good reviews on amazon and Dr Christopher web site. for all kinds of pains including shoulder pain. It.s a herbal formula. I hope it works for me. Dr Schulze has a similar formula. We have gotten some really amazing results with Dr Schulze liver flush. I also got an amazing result with his nerve formula.
