Unbelieveable. Seattle traded us their 2nd round pick in the upcoming draft along with WR Jermaine Kearse only to see Sheldon Richardson walk away after 1 season. Great job by McCaggnan to get something in return. Now go back to the War Room & plan the draft!!!
Seattle couldn't pay him, can't wait to see what he got. Supposedly seattle wanted him back at 11m and he turned that down.
He took a 1yr prove it deal. Not sure how much $$. Very unlike Sheldon who wanted to be paid more than Suh.
problem is between his performance with the jets in 2016 and seattle in 2017 and his off field stuff, his value on the market is shot. however on a 1 year deal if he can get 10+ sacks in 2018, he'll land a mega contract in the offseason. The vikes are in full win now mode. if sheldon performs it's a great pick up plus they added cousins. they are on borrowed time though. in 2-3 years their roster will be purged so they are going all in now while they can
I was being facetious. That team is unreal on paper. We’ll see if paper translates between the white lines (it often doesn’t) but they could be a force to be reckoned with.
Minnesota has had a terrible off season so far. JMO I don't like the Cousins signing. Richardson is a JAG locker room cancer. They shoulda brought back Keenum on a short term deal.
