Seattle rebuilding, cutting loose players

    Seattle is letting richardson walk after trading us kearse and a 2nd rounder for him just a year ago. Now they traded DE bennet and a 7th rounder to the eagles for a WR and 5th rounder. Rumor is they will release Richard sherman as well and jimmy graham is on the trade block. Not sure what's going on there.

    I guess they think the Legion of Boom is physically on the way down, and they’re not going to waste money on them. Better a year too soon than a year too late, and all that. Clearly the Richardson trade was a bad one for them, but they’re not going to keep making those kinds of mistakes again.

    Wilson might be unhappy, but I’ll bet Goff and Jimmy G are very happy!

    It's a full rebuild. Between injuries and contracts, the Seahawks couldn't keep the band together for long. It'll be interesting to see if Sneider can hit on some picks and keep them competitive this and the next few seasons.
