Actually the military is in a position to prosecute everyone from the lowly clerk who screws up to his sergeant, lieutenant, captain and everyone up the chain of command. Didn't you notice the Navy moving some admirals around who let their destroyers get run into?

Remember Vegas and this event. Whats a tragedy, no solution to our gun problem is simply putting our politicians liable for the mass killings.

Yeah...blame mental health. Blame the guy from Vegas as crazy. Fuck that, just more and more of these will continue to happen.

This mentality of "Trying to take away our guns" is for idiots...and I'm a supporter of the 2nd.
Checks and Balances....it's really not that hard but since you have the NRA in the pockets of lawmakers....
Getting something as simple as a Mental Health/Bkg Check etc gets treated as a 2nd infringement or at least trumped up to make the dolts feel like it is.

The existing laws should have stopped this guy from buying a gun. We already require background checks on all gun purchases and that includes mental health.

Laws don't stop everything especially when the people committing these acts generally don't care about the law.

Doesn't matter . I said on average , meaning they have more guns per household . They are still not as violent a culture as we are. Or their many guns don't wake up , cook them selves breakfast and conduct their day on their own like they do here:

They also have mandatory military service for able bodied men when they turn 18. So they're all properly trained.

That's true. Whatever it might be, they don't feel the need to run around shooting each other despite the average of guns around

How about we just use Switzerland vs ny then. With similar numbers of population, which one has more guns per household, and which one has more gun crime.

I just read an article that said this piece of shit was going aisle to aisle, and shooting crying babies point blank. I hope for him there is a hell and it's good and hot. Randomly shooting people Unpersonally is bad enough, but to be that sick? That's about as evil as it gets. That's way beyond a mental health issue

Guy who chased down and shot dickhead was an NRA instructor. That evil NRA at it again.

That sounds like such a common sense gun law. Who would oppose that?

It's too bad the guy who chased him down to shoot him couldn't stop the shooting in the first place. Probably would have been a better time instead of after 26 people were shot dead.

Would have been more if not for this guy though. Are we ignoring that?
