For the Jets, the question is at what point does this guy become such an embarrassment that they have to send him packing.

Only if you’re fighting it... you can just pay it if you’re accepting the fine

Robby has some other charges thrown in there that he probably has to show up for, though

It sucks because he was so dynamic last year.. his rookie year he was a go route specialist but last year he strengthened up at the catch point and developed on underneath routes.

But idk how you can trust him with a 2nd contract

Just checked his Instagram... he posted a story this afternoon saying “Outta sight outta mind staying true to the grind”

Lmaooo if that’s about the court case. Does the guy think he can just ignore the fact that he was due in court? That would be hilarious

Not to mention this is the behavior he's exhibited while TRYING to get that contract. Holy shit, just imagine what he's capable of with anything decent guaranteed?

What happens next is important. Now that this is all over social media and the Internet, this guy had better surrender tomorrow morning with either a good excuse or a whole lot of contrition. If he waits for the police to come and get him, the situation will spiral even more.

That sounds a little sketchy. Courts don't issue bench warrants unless the defendant's appearance is required. Castellano may be saying that defense counsel could have filed a motion or other paperwork to waive Anderson's appearance. However, usually if there is the kind of mix-up that Castellano suggests, the court will simply postpone the case for a day or two.

If not the lawyer, surely it's SOMEONE else's fault.

Apparently neither he nor his attorney showed up. Saw a Brian Costello tweet that said he'd talked to the attorney, who had been unaware of any hearing. So bizarre.

Who knows what happened here...wouldn’t be surprised if he fucked up again but at this point we need to keep him

Undrafted rookie on a peanuts contract to legit #1 potential...he’s going to have to kill someone for us to get rid of him

Not a bad teammate, just shit for brains and the immaturity of a 12 year old...but we gotta live with it for better or worse

Why would his lawyer lie about that? It looks just as bad for the lawyer to not show. Hopefully it truly is a misunderstanding.

We áre just buying time. Once he gets suspended he is toast. Apparently the guy is a dumb shit that will get in trouble by sheer stupidity over and over.

Yeah, I can't believe that the supervisor didn't read that cop the riot act when he saw Tony still sitting there and didn't make the cop pay the tow charge.

I hope there's a bullet out there with Ortiz' name and he catches it right between the eyes. He sounds like a bigger thug and sociopath than any of the criminals in Miami.

Read the court decided they wanted Anderson to come to court to have the dropped charges read to him. And no one told him or his attourney

Anderson won't get a second contract from the Jets.

His talent and current cap number along with our current WR corps are the only reasons he's on this roster.

With our projected cap space next year and young players on the team were going to move forward.

We moved on from mo when we could. We'll move on from robby
