Everyone is tweaked somewhat at this point, just letting then regroup. Theyre not out. Pryor has been on the list all season, hasnt he?

peake is hurt too IIRC. Just robbie, kearse, and roberts healthy if pryor can't suit up. we may need to rely more on the TEs in the pass game with herndon and legget as well as lean on powell out of the backfield. I could see the jets using powell as a 4th WR with crowell on the field too in the backfield.

    Peake is practicing.

But I’d love to see Herndon and Leggett light it up.

I doubt it’s a trade. They have one of Coleman or Mathews set to sign if needed based on what happens at practice tomorrow

colemen got signed by the giants already

we could look at auden tate, he was just released by the bengals who are loaded at WR and needed to promote a CB due to injury off the PS and will stash tate on the PS. he's been on their roster but not active yet and is a 7th round rookie. he's a WR in a TE body. a big possession guy over the middle which could be used with Q and pryor out.

When all our goons are healthy, I think we have good enough weapons to roll.

So Peake is hurt too huh? I read somewhere a while ago that he had good potential and have been pulling for him ever since. Well, let’s go Charone! I never bought into the idea of a specialist- I understand there are roles for those guys, but no team should employ a guy SOLELY because he can run down the field and MAYBE tackle someone on a punt return (and literally do nothing else). When we do here we are. Whoever they sign is a nobody anyway. I’m sure one of those other 2 will play-Anderson or Pryor. Pryors groin injury has been ongoing, and it’s not like Anderson has lit it up..Have him run decoy routes ..

That said let’s see our 2 headed monster! We all want Powell to get more carries right? A few plays to cannon? I’m in. This ain’t the browns pass rush, but it’s not bad..and we have less weapons than we did against them- get read for ground and pound baby! 2 yard dink and dunks..3rd and 10? Let’s go baby a 5-6 yard out route!

That said, I have a gut feeling this one will be closer than ppl think.

Tate looked good in pre-season, strange that he never got any kind of shot with the first, probably shows how pointless those 4 games really are in reality, " the as long as the stars don't get hurt friendlies"

Excuse the hideous special effects by the guy who did the video, he must have got a new toy or something lol

Dizzy Gillespie, Harry James, Chet Baker - so there!

I'm not gonna get myself crazy mincing and parsing who's out and who isn't. I have other things to worry about. Like green pants.

I didn't. That was a pun, not irony. Almost everyone on the planet gets irony wrong. I've been there, I've done it a million times myself, and it's a tough nut to crack. I'll give you an example off the top of my head (and my brain is questionable): a guy who hated bananas his entire life slipped on a banana peel in the street and died. That isn't irony. Situational irony at best. That's the English Language lesson for the day. I can't even fathom how anyone learns this shit as a second language let alone a first.

Anyway, I'm not being a stuck up bitch. I'm fighting a head cold and I'm curing olives. Now that's a form of irony because it's incongruous. I got a big batch of raw olives in a huge bucket doing a water soak weighted down with a plate. I never use lye, just relentless water soak and drain every couple of days to leach out the bitterness, and then I brine them with salt, vinegar, and herbs and make them sit, stay! Not what you'd get in the supermarket, but ten times better. The whole process takes about three months, but it's easy enough. I lied. It's a lot of work. What was this about again? Louis Armstrong.

You'd be better off leaving the olives alone and working on curing your cold. I recommend whiskey.

Finally found an athletic playmaking TE.

This is who he was at Miami and he could be a weapon for Sam for years.
