Does this mean he's finally earned his pinstripes?

Dude, you can continue to sit at Met games or Yankee games with your little scorecard and listen to your grandfather tell you about yesteryear....the green grass, the cracker jacks blah blah blah....its all complete horse shit. A dirtly, nasty business filled with steroid users and toolbags

I love how it's gotten to the point where so many players on so many teams have been guilty that nobody can point the finger anymore. They're all on PEDS. Manny, Papi, Pedro, A-Rod, Jeter. EVERYONE.

LOL this is why I stopped caring about the records and only cared about my team. When you make cheating that easy everyone is going to do it.

I should bump the thread when everyone wanted to place Arod on a pedestal when Barry was about to break the HR record only to now know that he was using the juice as well, lol

Why is this shit surprising anymore? It's clear, more than the majority of the league used performance enhancing drugs at some point.

No surprise here. It's not like it was just Yankee players, all teams have a lot of guys that did/do it, including my own Red Sox. I am sure they will all be outed at some point for roids. It's disappointing.

Wow..there is not a single shred of evidence offered up in one word of that story, just the usual "unnamed sources" and yet people here just assume it is true? Are you sure Canceco didn't write this?

Why do you think I would be crushed? I don't care about any professional athlete beyond what they do on the field for/against my favorite teams. I worked with plenty of them for several years. 99% of them are self-important assholes. I have zero emotional investment in any particular player.

My response to this report is, "That sucks." And not because I care whether A-Rod did steroids or not. But because, one, I'd hate to see the hoopla surrounding this affect the Yanks, and two, living in Boston, I'd prefer to save myself some aggravation from the douchebag Sox fans.

Even every other sports site reporting it is quick to credit SI for this so as not to have their name associated with it. It may be true but let's see something more then the invisible "unnamed sources". That just doesn't fly anymore.

I love how out of all 103 players that were on the list that A-Rod is the ONLY guy who gets publicly named. If your going to come out with something like this, might as well list everyone rather than hide/hurt a selective few.

This is very disappointing. A-Rod was one of the ones I was really hoping was clean.

A-Rod and Griffey were the only guys I thought were just natural.

    Oh well.

The entire era is guilty. Every single star player from that era is guilty of being dirty. How many megastars are clean?

I have no doubt that the BoSox big stars were dirty. I want to see the other 103 names.

ARod is dirty. There is no denying it. No one gave Barry the benefit of the doubt. If this was Ortiz or Manny, all the Yankee fans would be jumping on us.
